The past year has been incredibly humbling and challenging. I would never have thought that, with all the great brands I've worked at, teams I've managed, the hands-on work I've done and still do, I would still be networking and applying to jobs.

I'm probably 3 months away from having to downsize by 50% or more and file for bankruptcy. I'm generally an optimistic person, but day-to-day it's hard. Should I have gotten out of tech earlier - maybe? But I loved the people, the work, the constant learning, and the value I created.
