I’ve worked in Enterprise tech my entire career. I worked my way up from an associate marketer to building brand and partnership programs and providing talent pathways into high paying roles in tech. And now can’t find one for myself.

I’ve proven myself over and over and it is meaningless. I have great contacts and am still unable to land something. It’s demoralizing and frustrating.

The only thing keeping me sane is that so many other amazing, bright, accomplished women are in the same boat. Not a club I wished them to be in though.
