Jobs disappear after multiple interviews. They just decide not to fill it.

I’ve gotten headhunted for roles that are more junior, more work, and less pay.

I’ve sent out 15 applications, talked/networked with 14 other people at different companies, had multiple first and second interviews. I’ve redone my resume and LinkedIn multiple times. I’ve received no response half the time. I get no feedback on the lack of match.
