I hate how sexist, ageist and ableist this industry is. I hate how I’m interviewed by people I’m more qualified than. How judgemental and picky people are. How your time is just wasted, goalposts constantly shift, ghosted after interviews, free consultancy.

I hate STAR questions. I don’t just have one time… even if I did, my stories are just telling you how the company I worked in let me work. It doesn’t tell you much about how I really think, what I’d do in different situations etc. My past is judged not my potential. Everyone else must be selling themselves better or lying better.
